📮 Ground Shipping

Most orders ship via UPS, FedEx, OnTrac, or USPS. In general, no signature is required upon delivery.

If a signature is requested, please inspect the contents of the package thoroughly before signing, even if the box appears to be in good condition.

🚛 Freight (Truck) Deliveries

• A representative from the freight carrier will contact you in advance to schedule delivery (typically within a 4-hour window).
• All freight deliveries are curbside only.
• Customer assistance is required to unload the items. Consider the size and weight of your shipment when arranging for additional help.
• A tailgate lift may be available for an extra charge if needed.

Important: Always inspect your items before signing. If inspection isn't possible at the time of delivery, sign with the note:
"Uninspected – possible damage"
