Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, our goal is to make the return or replacement process as easy as possible.

⏳ Return Window

We offer 30-day returns from the date of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@mykihome.com.

✅ Return Eligibility

  • Item must be in unused condition, with tags, in the original packaging.
  • Include proof of purchase (receipt or order number).
  • Return must be approved before shipping. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once approved, items must be sent to the return address provided in the return instructions or RMA#. Our standard return address is:

📦 Condition & Restocking

  • All returned items are inspected upon receipt.
  • Returns must be in resaleable condition. Items that are used, installed, altered, or incomplete may be rejected or subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • Restocking fees are waived if exchanging for an item of equal or greater value.

📷 Quick Resolutions

For faster resolutions, especially for damaged or defective items, simply email us a photo of the issue. We often resolve such issues without requiring a physical return.

🚚 Damaged Items

  • Shipping damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
  • Inspect your package upon delivery. If you're unable to inspect, sign as "Un-inspected, possible damage".
  • If reported promptly, we will replace or refund damaged items at no cost.

⚠️ Important Exclusions

  • Returns are not accepted for custom, made-to-order, or installed items.
  • Gift cards and items shipped to Canada are non-returnable.
  • Sale items are final sale and non-returnable.

🔄 Exchanges

We can offer exchanges on certain items, however please indicate if you would like to do this in your return request email as we normally do not offer direct exchanges. and typically require a return of your item for a refund before placing a new order for the desired product.

📧 Refund Process

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • If 15 business days have passed and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us.
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping; shipping label should be purchased at time of return from your local shipping provider. In some cases where we provide a pre-paid return label, then the cost of the label will be deducted from the order refund total.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

🇪🇺 EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
