Recent Update - Important: Costs for Long Packages

Due to excessive carrier surcharges on packages exceeding 30" lengths, a flat cost of $21.00 is applied to ALL purchases with closet rods of 30" or more. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and will remove this surcharge should the carrier reduce or remove these fees.

Ground Shipping

Most orders ship via UPS. In general, no signature is required upon delivery.

If a signature is requested, please inspect the contents of the package thoroughly before signing, even if the box appears to be in good condition.

Freight (Truck) Deliveries

  • A representative from the freight carrier will contact you in advance to schedule delivery (typically within a 4-hour window).
  • All freight deliveries are curbside only.
  • Customer assistance is required to unload the items. Consider the size and weight of your shipment when arranging for additional help.
  • A tailgate lift may be available for an extra charge if needed.

Important: Always inspect your items before signing. If inspection isn't possible at the time of delivery, sign with the note: "Uninspected – possible damage" This helps us assist you in filing a claim for any concealed damage.

Local Pickup & Showroom

We welcome you to schedule an appointment to visit our warehouse showroom in Van Alstyne, Texas. Alternatively, you may pick up products at our WILL CALL area.

  • With multiple U.S. supplier locations, some orders arrive within 3 days or less.

Note: Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled. Returned items may be subject to a restocking fee.

Made-to-order, custom, or special-order products may require additional lead time.

Non-Continental U.S. & International Shipping

Expedited Shipping

At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping (overnight, 2nd-day, or 3rd-day) by default due to high costs.

Shipping may occasionally be delayed due to inclement weather or natural disasters. For the latest delivery status, please check directly with the shipping carrier.
